Where do the products come from?

Headquarters and distribution center are in Brazil. We do this to guarantee the originality and the best prices in all Brazilian keratin hair products and treatments.

Who is responsible for import taxes?

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the price or shipping charges, except for European countries. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of the order, including sales tax, value-added tax, customs and excise duties.

What should I do if the product is damaged?

If there is any damage to the items you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 10 days. Please refer to the return and refund page for instructions.

What kind of delivery service do you offer?
